- Business Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial performance to senior management and key stakeholders. This includes analysing and interpreting financial data to provide meaningful insights and explanations for variances and trends.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. This includes analysing key performance indicators (KPIs), financial ratios, and other financial metrics to provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial targets
- Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with various departments and senior management to develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the business unit. This involves analyzing historical financial data, market trends, and business drivers to prepare forward-looking value-added analysis and timely support on all business performance related matters (financial and non-financial).
- Business Partnering & Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate closely with business teams to drive and execute growth strategies. Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and effectively communicate business performance insights to non-financial audiences. Provide analytical support by tracking progress of key business priorities, identifying risks and opportunities against plan delivery, and recommending corrective actions where appropriate.
- Drive assessment of gaps and opportunity areas from efficiency and quality perspective.
- Drive adoption of continuous improvement practices collaborating with finance and operations.
- Support implementation of corporate finance systems technologies, working with involved areas to ensure smooth and successful adoption of processes and associated technologies and systems.
- Serve as a business partner to Operations teams supporting the LOB in all areas as required per the abovementioned detailed responsibilities.

- Maintain relationships with all key stakeholders to work on addressing issues, ensuring action items are closed.
- Maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders to address accounting and reporting issues.
- Support in building a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the team.
- Familiarity with business operations and finance process to support LOB.
- Support cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with Operations team.
- Validation and monitoring of LOB cost to serve and support Operations in corrective action plans.
- P&L Performance, Period Close Analytical and Reporting.
- Monitor “in-period” performance.
- Circulate preliminary P&Ls and conduct closing meetings.
- Performance reporting & variance commentary.
- Period to period adjustment review, explanation and corrective measures.
- Review customer profitability and align with Commercial and Operations on corrective action plans.
- Develop annual budgets as required.

- Evaluate actual customer support and performance v. pricing model, budget and support Commercial in corrective action plans.
- Support the Commercial LOB strategy.
- Preparation of period close closing analysis and performance commentary.

- Drive clean, transparent P&L numbers including clear cost to serve metrics.
- Drive “in period” visibility to performance, share results with Senior Leadership.
- Monitor opportunities by sales stages on SalesForce, ensuring data quality
- Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office, ERP, EPM and advanced data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI will be an advantage.
- Language Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and levels.
- Analytical Capability: Demonstrate strength in financial and operational analysis, with a keen ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
