  • Develop and enhance financial reports and dashboards to track and measure the success of business line strategic plans, growth initiatives, and cross-business line efforts.
  • Incorporate data from multiple platforms and develop reports to support strategic priorities, such as pipeline, wins, losses, awarded backlog, bookings, revenue, margin, outlook, and other KPIs as required.
  • Drive data quality by proactively identifying and addressing data gaps and training needs.
  • Establish excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-business line leads and CRM Power Users.
  • Conduct internal and external research including but not limited to the external market, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, and financial metrics.
  • Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead for timely resolution. May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.
  • Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
  • Perform moderately complex tasks in compliance with service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Propose alternatives to identified issues and assist in investigating and in resolving common and unusual issues.
  • Contribute to various and simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
  • Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to the Team Lead and Manager.
  • Develop Junior resources
  • Assist and perform ad-hoc tasks
