We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Senior Associate - Business Analyst & Process Improvement to support both strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This hybrid role blends business analysis, process improvement, and data analytics to help identify improvement opportunities, support data-driven decision-making, and monitor performance through well-structured reporting. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations Required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, basic macros) Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Experience in reporting and dashboard creation using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools Familiarity with KPI/SLA frameworks and performance monitoring techniques Excellent communication and documentation skills: with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements Comfortable working independently or in cross-functional teams Willingness to take on short-term assignments or secondments to support business agility Must be willing to work in a hybrid set-up Okay with a fixed term role Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or SQL Familiarity with automation tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or Zapier Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io) Responsibilities Analyze business data and operational processes to identify trends, gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Support KPI and SLA monitoring by gathering, analyzing, and validating performance data across departments Build, manage, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, or Google Data Studio to visualize performance metrics and operational health Gather and document business and data requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear action items, process flows, or technical specifications Recommend and implement process improvements, workflow optimizations, and simplification strategies Support the design and documentation of process maps, SOPs, data flow diagrams, and improvement plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Operations, Finance, Data Teams) to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives Perform ad hoc and recurring data analysis to support insights generation, root cause identification, and operational decision-making Support light automation or scripting tasks (e.g., Excel macros, HTML-based forms, basic SQL queries, or Google Apps Script) where applicable Track improvement initiatives and provide regular updates on key milestones and measurable impact Show more Show less
