The Opportunity In this role, you'll be responsible for building and scaling our marketing engine across paid, digital, and lifecycle channels. You'll work closely with the sales, development, and creative teams to ensure our projects are reaching the right buyers and investors, and that every campaign drives measurable impact. This is a hands-on role where strategy meets execution: from running digital campaigns to refining lead funnels, optimising CPLs, and crafting nurturing journeys that turn enquiries into settlements. Key Responsibilities Lead generation & campaign management Design, launch, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive qualified buyer and investor leads. Buyer journey optimisation Map and refine the property buyer funnel from first enquiry to settlement, ensuring smooth handoffs between marketing and sales. Lifecycle marketing Develop high-converting CRM, email, and SMS campaigns to nurture leads, drive appointments, and support client retention. Performance tracking Monitor and report on marketing KPIs including CPL, ROI, CAC, and LTV, ensuring data-driven decision making. Content & brand growth Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content (social, video, project showcases) that elevates brand presence and project appeal. Cross-team collaboration Partner with Sales, Development, and Project Marketing to align campaigns with business goals and ensure every project launch is a success. About You 3-5+ years' experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing, ideally within property, lifestyle, or investment-focused industries. Proven success in managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI. Strong knowledge of real estate buyer journeys and what drives property purchasing decisions. Skilled in CRM systems and marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Confident in interpreting data, building dashboards, and telling the story behind the numbers.
