Job descriptionWhat you will be doing:This position supports efficient decision-making and optimization via data-driven insights and includes a close interface with the product, marketing, and operation teams through the exercise of smart monitoring tools, constant innovation, and business understanding. This role will be a crucial part of our monitoring and alerting functions for payments, bonusing, and other risk and fraud related activities.This role will be Responsibilities

Monitoring and analysis of the company`s main KPIs utilizing advanced BI tools
Explore & analyze large-scale data sets to optimize and improve business performance processes
Working closely with a wide range of teams across the business, act as an analytical focal point & support decision making
Build and maintain dashboards and push outliers' notifications to management and interfaces
Create new data sources in order to drive new data exploration opportunities
Collaborate in cross-department data projects

Who we are looking for:

At least 3 years of experience in an analytical/data position
BA graduate in a quantitate field - Industrial engineering/Statistics/Math/other
High proficiency in SQL
Experience working with Tableau - including building complex dashboards (other tools such as Power BI an advantage)
Experience working with big data (using tools like Snowflake and Google Analytics)
Self-motivated, hard worker
An initiator, out-of-the-box thinker, creative
Good interpersonal relationships needed
Presentation skills
Independent and responsible
Familiarity with the online gaming industry- an advantage
