Job Description Support Program Execution & Rollout: Assist in implementing new monetization initiatives and promotions, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and accurate execution on the platform. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Business Development (BD), Marketing, and Product teams to support program setup, track deliverables, and ensure alignment across departments. Monitor KPIs & Track Adoption: Help track key performance indicators, seller adoption, and program success metrics. Consolidate feedback from sellers and internal teams to flag areas for improvement. Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations that summarize program performance, seller engagement, and growth opportunities. Execute Operational Tasks: Handle day-to-day tasks related to program maintenance-e.g., program setup, seller tagging, content updating, and documentation. Gather Market & Seller Insights: Support the team in gathering data and insights from seller behavior and competitor trends to guide future program enhancements. Support Ad Hoc Projects: Take part in special projects and initiatives under the Monetization team, contributing to testing, rollout, and basic performance checks. Requirements 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in project management, process improvement or business analysis Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks Strong communication and coordination skills Comfortable working with data in Excel or GSuite (e.g. Gsheets, GSlides, etc) Background in business, economics, marketing, or a related field is a plus Show more Show less
