- Develops and maintains a comprehensive service catalog that provides a single source of consistent information on all operational services.
- Defines, documents, and maintains Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) with internal teams to establish clear responsibilities and service targets required for the delivery and support of security platform services.
- Defines, negotiates, documents, and manages Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with third-party vendors who provide services critical to the operation of the security platforms.
- Manages the Underpinning Contracts (UCs) with third-party vendors that are necessary to support the delivery of security platform services.
- Manages relationships with third-party vendors who provide services or components critical to the security platform operations.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for users reporting incidents or seeking assistance.
- Manages the lifecycle of service requests from users, such as requests for information, access, or other standard services.
- Observes Security Platforms and components to identify and manage events that may affect service operations.
- Manages and controls user access to security platforms and applications based on roles and responsibilities.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs, communicate service performance, and ensure alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing security platforms or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains, technologies, and best practices.
