Lead the development and governance of the Banks security architecture framework, aligning with strategic enterprise goals and maturity models such as Zero Trust.
Ensure adherence to BSP Circulars, data privacy laws, and global standards including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
Architect secure hybrid and multi-cloud environments, embedding security into CI/CD workflows and infrastructure automation.
Drive threat modeling and risk assessments for key IT initiatives, promoting secure and privacy-centric design principles.
Cultivate a high-performing security team and collaborate across technology, risk, and business stakeholders to align security strategy.
Assess emerging technologies and recommend security solutions that future-proof the Banks architecture landscape.

What we're looking for

Bachelors or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of enterprise security architecture experience within a regulated environment, preferably in banking or finance
Proven expertise in Zero Trust frameworks, identity and access management, network security, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Comprehensive knowledge of BSP regulations and international standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and GDPR
Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving strategic alignment
