Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Estimator to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project requirements, and supporting the team in delivering competitive and precise bids. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates. Utilise Bluebeam (or similar estimating software) to measure, calculate, and document quantities. Develop detailed material, labour, and cost breakdowns for projects. Ensure estimates comply with industry standards, project requirements, and company procedures. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to clarify requirements and provide cost insights. Track and manage multiple estimates simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Prepare reports and present findings clearly to stakeholders. Stay updated on construction methods, materials, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Experience working with AU project. Proven experience as a Quantity Estimator (preferably in construction or related industries). Proficiency with Bluebeam or other estimating tools/software. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building methods. Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a strong attention to detail. Effective organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience working with international construction projects.
