Responsible for client acquisition, servicing, and relationship management. This role oversees a team of brand promoters to drive sales performance, ensure store standards, and support strategic sales initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to support acquisition and retention goals.
  • Prospect for new clients and grow existing accounts to generate long-term sales growth.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of promoters' adherence to standard uniform and the "One Look" policy.
  • Perform daily attendance and punctuality checks of all promoters within the assigned area. Supervise and evaluate promoter performance; create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Develop and implement programs to help the team meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Support and coach brand promoters to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and provide field support.
  • Analyze current and emerging market trends to help inform business strategy.
  • Execute any ad hoc tasks or projects assigned.
