- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to support acquisition and retention goals.
- Prospect for new clients and grow existing accounts to generate long-term sales growth.
- Conduct regular monitoring of promoters' adherence to standard uniform and the "One Look" policy.
- Perform daily attendance and punctuality checks of all promoters within the assigned area. Supervise and evaluate promoter performance; create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Develop and implement programs to help the team meet and exceed sales targets.
- Support and coach brand promoters to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and provide field support.
- Analyze current and emerging market trends to help inform business strategy.
- Execute any ad hoc tasks or projects assigned.
