- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruiting sources.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Source potential candidates through online databases, job fairs, and other sources.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Reviewing resumes, and assessing candidates' skills and experience.
- Coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and developing strategies to attract top talent.
- Implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified job candidates.
- Adhering to employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare hiring reports and analyze recruitment trends
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
