- 5+ years’ experience in digital design, multimedia content, and motion graphics (agency or in-house)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva and Figma
- Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift
- Lead the creative vision across social, digital, and campaign assets — delivering high-quality, brand-aligned design at every touchpoint
- Translate campaign goals and audience insights into compelling creative concepts for social, lifecycle, and full-funnel marketing
- Balance hands-on execution with strategic input — producing standout assets while guiding freelance or junior contributors
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to set creative standards, asset types, and performance benchmarks for scalable growth
- Ideate, design, write and produce static, video, and motion content across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, email and more
- Create social-first content: Reels, memes, carousels, testimonials, and story takeovers
- Deliver creative variations to fuel paid campaigns in partnership with our Growth Marketing team and agencies
- Stay on top of social trends and formats to keep Freedom’s content fresh, relevant, and engaging
- Design assets across the full customer journey: emails, landing pages, onboarding, referral campaigns, retention initiatives, reports, and sales collateral
- Support webinars, newsletters, internal comms, and strategic projects with high-quality visuals
- Maintain consistent alignment with brand guidelines while building templates for scalable content production
- Use cutting-edge AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe AI, Canva Magic, etc.) to accelerate production
- Build creative templates, workflows, and processes for speed and consistency
- Experiment with AI-enhanced formats without compromising quality
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to align creative with campaign goals and audience insights
- Partner with the Tech team on UX/UI initiatives where needed
- Support the Editorial team with thought leadership, PR, and news-driven creative
- Share creative insights and performance learnings to drive optimisation
- Strong grasp of social-first content, motion, typography, and storytelling
- Experience designing for paid, social, lifecycle, and video channels with proven performance results
- Comfortable using AI creative tools to accelerate ideas and production
- Organised, detail-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- A growth mindset — hungry to learn, improve, and push creative boundaries
- Willingness to undergo and pass background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
- Willingness to provide an NBI clearance
- Creative Delivery: Assets produced for 100% of planned campaigns, with at least one tested variant per campaign
- Timeliness & Velocity: 90%+ of creative delivered within agreed timelines, with multiple variants for testing
- Brand Quality: 100% compliance with brand guidelines and technical standards
- Collaboration: Positive feedback from Growth Marketing, Brand, PR, and Tech teams
- Innovation: At least one new creative format, trend, or platform feature tested each quarter
- Efficiency: New templates, workflows, or AI-enabled processes developed quarterly to boost scale and quality
