Job Category: EngineeringJob Description:Help us build the future and we'll help you build a rewarding and purposeful career.Our global network is made up of architects, designers, planners, engineers, and environmental scientists all working towards the same goal.Join a team that brings inspirational architecture, landscapes, townscapes and places to our world, and we'll provide you unlimited space to grow.Our Transport & Civil Infrastructure Team is looking for Drainage Engineer that will help prepare technical deliverables in the form of design models, drawings, reports, calculations etc. from sketches or from design information according to established standards and procedures under limited supervision and with excellent judgement.ResponsibilitiesPerform drainage engineer tasks such as but not limited to:

Design, model, and produce outputs (Pipe networks, channel design, basins, etc.) using 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC, TUFLOW, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Civil 3D, and Storm & Sanitary Analysis.
Hydrology and Hydraulic Assessments
Water Quality Assessments
Report writing
Familiarity with Australian Standards.
Support and coach less experienced members of the team.

Education

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience

General Experience: At least 5 to 10 years or more of experience in the drainage engineering field.
Applies broad knowledge of professional discipline or advanced knowledge of technical practices demonstrated in a relevant industry or consulting business.
Strong knowledge and application of Engineering principles, and high aptitude for planning and design.
Good understanding of applicable standards and guidelines.
Strong technical writing, data analysis and interpretation skills.
The capacity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects.
Experienced with the use of 12D.
