- Manage and maintain CEO's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Maintain confidential information with discretion.
- Support other team members or departments as required.
