Email Campaign Execution (Klaviyo)
- Build, edit, and schedule weekly newsletters
- Incorporate graphics using Photoshop and templates from Canva
- Ensure campaigns meet deadlines and brand consistency
- Track metrics and provide feedback for ongoing optimization
- Upload new products with multiple variants (color options, sizes)
- Write/edit SEO-optimized product descriptions and titles
- Maintain page formatting and consistency across products
- Support collection cleanup, blog post edits, and basic merchandising updates
- Edit product and marketing images in Photoshop
- Repurpose Canva assets into custom email graphics or product visuals
- Assist with basic photo editing for new inventory as needed
- Maintain visual consistency following brand guidelines
- Use Asana to manage and update daily tasks
- Provide consistent status updates (completed work, pending items, blockers)
- Communicate regularly via Slack for updates, questions, or bandwidth concerns
- Coordinate with the team on shifting task priorities and timelines
- Light support in Facebook Ads and Google Ads: upload creatives, prepare drafts
- Collaborate on future growth marketing projects as bandwidth allows
- Experience building, editing, and scheduling email newsletters using Klaviyo or similar tools
- Comfortable working with design templates (Canva) and adapting them in Adobe Photoshop for custom graphics
- Able to follow brand guidelines and meet strict email publishing deadlines
- Strong experience with Shopify - uploading products, creating product pages, and writing/editing SEO-optimized descriptions
- Familiar with managing multiple product variations (colors, sizes, etc.) and keeping formatting consistent
- Experience using Asana or other project management tools to manage day-to-day tasks
- Prior DTC e-commerce or CPG brand experience
- Detail-oriented with ability to regularly report on progress and flag bandwidth concerns
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and/or Google Ads (light campaign support)
- Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design projects
