Assistant Store Manager

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, profit, and customer service objectives.
• Supervise and motivate staff to meet performance expectations and uphold store policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating employees.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
• Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and banking procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and support with stock ordering, receiving, and loss prevention.
• Step in as acting Store Manager during their absence.
• Ensure compliance with all company procedures, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
