Field Sales Supervisor (MedicalSupplies)

• Ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Promotes products in his/her designated territory.
• Assists in the conduct of product demonstration and similar activities.
• Establish a good relationship with the customers and key decision makers.
• Conduct negotiations on the sale of medical products.
• Supervise team in selling medical and laboratory products in accordance to company rules.
• Ensure monthly collection performance.
• Facilitates purchase by the hospital and collect payments.
• Attend to other related tasks as may be delegated from time to time.

• PREVIOUS MEDREP EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. (at least 3 years experience in similar company is REQUIRED. Otherwise, applicant must be willing to consider a lower position.)
• Indicative salary is for matched qualifications and requirements.
• Skills Test MUST be accomplished with at least a rating of FAMILIAR.
• Job Type: Full-time (26 days a month ON COMPRESSED WORK WEEK)
• Indicated Salary is GROSS for 26 days a month that includes a maximum 3,000 depending on field work performed. Maximum P150/day for 20 days actual field work.
• 12-month minimum employment contract is required.
