Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Getting familiar with Distinctive products and services Accepting incoming inquiry calls. Responding to requests for price quotations. Coordinating with Purchasing Dept for local supplier prices. Handling complaints, back jobs, and requests for repairs. Filing of documents in an organized, easy-to-retrieve method. Other duties may be assigned from time to time, so its good that the candidate is adaptable and a multi-tasker. Qualifications: Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any business-related course. Work experience is an advantage but not required, thus candidate must be adaptable and willing to learn. Typing/Data entry skills Computer savvy (MS-Office, Outlook, knowledge of Quotewerks is an advantage). Must have good written and spoken communication skills.
