Financial Reporting Solutions & Analytics TeamResponsibilitiesWork mainly to support and deliver forward ad-hoc requirements coming from businesses on the SAP BI Platform for Reporting and Analytics. This would include familiarizing and providing support through the different intake channels on different SAP BI applications such as Web Reporting (WEBI), Analysis For Office, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Data Analyzer, and Reporting CatalogueThere will also be some opportunities for the resource to familiarize and support SAP BPC applications such as EPM and Data Manager and grow gradually if there is a need and interestThere will be various opportunities to grow both professional and technical skills while handling operational and support tasks on both platforms, such as supporting MEND, QEND, and YEND activities, as well as other regular tasksOpportunities for the candidate to grow in scope and be exposed to interacting and collaborating with colleagues and peers of different levels, from different levels and areas in the whole of the Vestas Global Finance organization (and even outside it) to enable achieve deliverables, both operational and strategic to help and Analyze, Develop, Configure, Implement, Support, and Improve SAP BI Front-End Reports and other tangent systems (SAC, BPC, BI IP) within Vestas, mainly for the Global and Regional Finance Organization, as well as the Shared Service CenterDevelop clear and concise technical and process documentationDocument knowledgebase articles and support end users by providing basic training on the SAP BI applications and processesQualificationsAbove Basic to advanced understanding of Finance functional concepts and business processes (FI, SD, COPA, MM, LO, PS, and related modules)Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including Pivots, Formulas, VBA, and Macros etc.Basic to advanced understanding and working knowledge user of SAP ECC (ERP Systems)Basic to working knowledge of SAP BI Reports (via Web or Analysis) or SAP Analytics CloudBasic understanding and experience in core SAP BI Reporting Tools: HANA Studio Query Builder, BEX Query Designer, Analysis for Office, WeBI, and SAC would be beneficialAdvanced technical working knowledge of SAP BI Reports (via Web or Analysis) or SAP Analytics CloudExposure or working knowledge of SAP BI IP and Planning ToolsExperience with SAP Analytics Cloud Dashboarding as Viewer (or Developer)Exposure or working knowledge of SAP BPC and Consolidation ToolsBasic comprehension of SQL scripts and logic scriptingExposure or working knowledge of PowerBICompetenciesYou are pro-active, are results-oriented, and have a positive sense of accountabilityYou have a creative approach to the next steps and are open to new ideas and thought processYou come as part of a team and it comes naturally to you to collaborate and share knowledgeYou have good communication & presentation skills and are fluent in English (speaking and writing)You have experience collaborating with stakeholders globally, from different backgrounds and culturesYou are adaptable; and open to different responsibilities that may be out of your comfort zoneAcademic degree in Finance, Accountancy, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or similarWhat we offer
