- Serve as an individual contributor and subject matter expert, delivering SAP Payroll/SuccessFactors support.
- Create and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations.
- Analyze clients' payroll business requirements and objectives.
- Design, configure, and provide support oversight for SuccessFactors and/or SAP Payroll solutions.
- Provide legal and tax advisory services to customers.
- Deliver payroll functionality specifications for the technical team to build interfaces.
- Collaborate with clients to plan and organize QA testing.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer through customer/administrator and end-user training.
- Interact with software-specific partner resources, payroll vendors, client contacts, and internal teams.
- Mentor consultants by coaching and training on new systems, enhancements, and project deliverables, ensuring quality work.
- Continuously update knowledge and maintain professional certifications, staying informed about new HR business lines and SuccessFactors' products/technologies.
- Provide support for pre-sales initiatives, including developing and reviewing roadmaps, estimates, and responses to RFP/RFQs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related relevant field.
- Certification in two or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central Payroll preferred).
- Experience with other enterprise-level payroll systems such as Peoplesoft, Workday, Oracle, etc., will be considered.
- Strong Philippines payroll experience.
- Implementation experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll.
- Experience completing at least two payroll implementations.
- Payroll experience, including complex tax configuration and reporting.
- Previous experience or knowledge of multiple Human Resources, Time Tracking, and Evaluation systems.
- Country-specific Payroll Association certification or equivalent expertise.
- Prior experience in a functional or technical consulting role.
- Additional Professional SuccessFactors module certifications are a plus (Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of HR and payroll functions and business processes.
- Advanced capacity to write complex Payroll Schema and Rules.
- Deep knowledge of Payroll Integration.
- Knowledge of the Payroll Control Center.
- Advanced understanding of HR functions and business processes.
- Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors ECP product.
- Excellent communication skills to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients.
- Ability to assess and optimize client solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practices.
