- As a business analyst with digital and data expertise, you will be providing quality assurance, training, best practices, and solutions that enable process efficiency, automation, and data driven decisions.
- Hand-on in the design, configuration, and training of various low-code/no-code solutions
- Design and implement complex Power BI data visualizations
- Design & implement solutions based on business rules and requirements
- Support implemented solutions by conducting root cause analysis on issues and corrective actions.
- Clearly document solution, complete testing, and maintain documentation for existing and future products.
- Provides guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project and program objectives.
- Analyzes maps and communicates current state and future state business processes.
- Supports business units in the resolution of in-depth user questions and issues.
- Maintains a working knowledge of new technology and business analysis standards & practices.
- Other areas of support within Central Operations
- Expertise in PowerBI and large/variable data sets
- Experience in SQL
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Experience in Technologies including Power Automate, and Alteryx
- Insurance experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent in experience)
