Primary Job Responsibility Accountable for building and fostering good relationships with Providers like hospitals, medical clinics, dental clinics, and physicians ensuring service agreements are maintained and active. Duties And Responsibilities Reviews and summarizes the Incident Reports received and gives feedback to Providers regarding the issues Collates data, analyzes and prepares reports and minutes of the meetings during visitations, conferences, and other activities performed outside the office Provides assistance to the Roving Team of Liaison Officers, on a case to case basis Participates during internal or external meetings as delegated by the immediate superior Prepares and releases warning letters and memoranda and other similar communications to Providers and Physicians, if any Conducts surveys and collates results gathered from several providers in the market, recommends improvements on current processes perceived as best practices from the survey. Takes in-charge in case the Immediate Head is on leave or doing business meetings outside the company. Collates and organizes reports of the team prior submission to Immediate Heads.
