- 3+ years in an omni-channel ecommerce retailer, covering product lifecycle & enrichment, digital asset and content management
- 1+ years' experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation Programs
- Experience with ecommerce content management systems (Hybris, WordPress etc)
- Intermediate knowledge of UX principals
- Ability to understand and work with HTML, CSS
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivots, IF functions, etc
- 3+ years in an omni-channel ecommerce furniture or bulky product retailer
- 2+ years' experience in CRO, A/B testing programmes
- Advanced experience with Hybris & WordPress
- Advanced knowledge of UX principals
- Advanced understanding with HTML, CSS
- Able to work collaboratively across the business, and to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Enhancing the online customer experience, staying ahead of ecommerce trends, and constantly challenging merchandising standards to optimize the website.
- This includes managing product placement, conducting A/B testing and analysing competitors.
- This role also collaborates cross-functionally, manages vendor relationships, oversees product range execution, and supports site issue management, ensuring the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and competitive in the market.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including third party agencies, Business Analysts, Technology team and other Key stakeholders to develop testing schedules and deliver merchandising requirements .
- Continually enhance the online customer experience, ensuring that the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
- Use analytics tools to monitor, analyse, and report on website performance and customer behaviour. Use this data to make informed decisions about merchandising strategies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, technology providers and suppliers.
- Develop and manage constant changes to product placement in line with strategy to improve sales performance, increase conversion and average order size through online merchandise management.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize website design, product placement, and promotional strategies. Analyse test results and propose changes based on these findings.
- Reviews data transfer from AX to Hybris, ensuring pricing and product updates to the website is 100% accurate.
- Lead the CRO program and supporting testing schedule, presenting results and providing recommendations for the Product Roadmap.
- Support Dropship vendor creation & on boarding.
