Responsibilities Lead project delivery, manage stakeholders, and engage in client conversations Guide project teams on execution within planned timelines Contribute to solution design and implementation, ensuring high quality within time and budget constraints Coordinate effectively with client organizations, maintaining and enhancing client relationships Lead EPM application design, assess project requirements, and identify optimal solutions Identify business development opportunities through network building within and outside the firm Prepare RFP responses, drive client presentations, and contribute to business development activities Develop business cases, solution options, project plans, estimates, and staffing requirements for EPM opportunities Work independently on business development and project delivery, both onshore and offshore Experience Strong bilingual proficiency in JLPT N1 or N2 Ability to conduct business conversations with Japan Leadership and Japanese Clients Capability to generate deliverables in Japanese Preferably from Consulting firms or Companies involved in setting up of Captive Shared Services Proficiency in SAP FICO or Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS design and implementation Finance business process knowledge covering Organization Structure, Master Data, and various accounting aspects Understanding of SAP/ERP reporting capabilities in BI/BO, BW, SAC, etc. Familiarity with SAP and Allied Systems' Reporting and Customization capabilities Knowledge and experience in SAP and other ERP system Integration projects, particularly SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance modules/applications Expertise in Finance, Operating Model, Shared Services, and Delivery Operations
