Japanese Bilingual - Digital Finance Transformation Analyst Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3 Responsibilities Support CFOs and finance organizations in digital disruption and new operating models. Guide project teams on execution, stakeholder management, and solution implementation. Lead EPM application design, assess project requirements, and identify optimal solutions. Co-coordinate with client organizations, enhance client relationships, and identify business development opportunities. Prepare responses to RFP, business cases, project plans, and staffing requirements. Work independently on business development and project delivery. Experience Strong bilingual proficiency in JLPT N1 or N2. Experience in delivering documents in Japanese. Expertise in SAP FICO, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle EBS design and implementation. Finance business process knowledge. Understanding of SAP/ERP reporting capabilities and Fiori/Dashboard development. Deep knowledge and experience in SAP and other ERP system integration projects. Expertise in Finance, Operating Model, Shared Services, and Delivery Operations.
