Perform day-to-day monitoring of CENTREON/User-Defined metrics and alerts of Database Team
2. Provide technical support to ensure monitoring performance
3. Maintain documentation for installation, configuration, and maintenance of monitoring systems
4. Perform implementation and updates of monitoring tools and scrupts under the direction of an Intermediate Engineer
5. Participate in research and development of new tools and modules
6. Develop and configure monitoring thresholds, alerting and reporting capabilities
7. Create accounts for all users and assign security levels
8. Follow established policies and procedures; determine and recommend potential enhancements.
9. Working hours are 40 hours a week, Rotating schedule typically include regular unsocial hours. Overnight and weekend work.
10. Communication, Teamwork, negotiation skills, problem-solving and good analytical skills.
