Responsibilities : Handle medical billing , claims processing , and patient account management using ICD-10 , CPT , and EHR systems. Perform healthcare data entry , revenue cycle management (RCM) , and denials management . Support telehealth services and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate on medical account auditing and reporting for efficient healthcare BPO operations . Qualifications : Graduate of a medical course (Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, etc.).
