Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company that retails luxury jewelry Our respected client is looking for a Client Advisor who will play a key role in delivering an exceptional and memorable experience to customers while driving sales and achieving store targets. Onsite work set up and store is based on a shifting schedule, 5 days a week.Key job responsibilities include:

Welcome, assist, and engage customers to create a unique shopping experience.
Understand customer needs and provide personalized advice on luxury products.
Contribute to store goals and maintain CRM data for future contact and client development.
Ensure compliance with sales procedures and visual merchandising.
Handle after-sales service and inquiries proactively.
Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Key job qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of retail and selling experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with store operations and CRM tools.
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
Strong business acumen and sales-driven mindset.
