Description: Direct Hiring Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office to maintain and efficient work environment - Answers phones and transfers to appropriate staff members - Take and distribute accurate messages - Greet and assists clients and direct them to the correct staff members - Coordinate with messenger and courier services - Receive, sort returned checks, cash vouchers and reports - Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required - Prepare outgoing mail for distribution - Fax, Scan, and Copy documents - Maintain and organize filing and storage systems - Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information - Retrieve information when requested - Update and maintain internal staff contact lists - Type documents, reports and correspondence as may be required - Coordinate and organize appointments and meetings - Do some basic bookkeeping and financial transactions - Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank - Keep office area clean and tidy - Performs other related clerical duties within the business organization Qualifications: - Graduate of ant 4 year course - Experience as an Office Assistant or in related field is a plus - Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary - Warm personality with strong communication skills - Computer literate and can perform basic computer tasks such as navigating the browser, operating software systems, and completing any other tasks that makes it possible to do you job - Preferred place of residency is within National Capital Region - Must be willing to relocate within Metro Manila if currently residing on provincial areas Requirements: Skills: (Not indicated)
