What we're looking for: We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst with a strong foundation in accounting and a proven track record in hands-on transactional bookkeeping. This role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly operate across both high-level financial analysis and day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic insight with minimal supervision. Responsibilities-what you&aposll do: Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting Perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and forecast trends to inform operational planning Assist in developing financial models, dashboards, and tools to drive business insights Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial planning initiatives Requirements: Strong background in accounting, with experience in both strategic and transactional functions Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting Advanced, hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks (non-negotiable) Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis Fully fluent in English Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time) This position is for serious, career-oriented candidates Other qualities we look for: CPA or equivalent certification Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments What we offer: Best salaries in the industry Permanent ability to work from anywhere in the world Opportunities for growth and advancement A fast-paced and collaborative environment Warm and friendly company culture Full benefits Benefits at Persona: Health insurance Unlimited paid time off (paid sick and vacation leaves) Annual bonuses based on performance Monthly tech allowance Opportunity to be paid in your currency of choice Others depending on seniority This is a full-time and long-term role, dedicated exclusively to serving one of our clients.
