Position Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our remote team. You will play a key role in turning financial data into clear insights, especially for our retail and e-commerce business. This position is best suited for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Job Details: Work from Home Monday to Friday | 11 PM to 8 AM (Manila time) Following US Holidays Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance metrics. Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across all business functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.). Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business initiatives, product launches, and investments. Analyze gross margin, cost of goods sold (COGS), and operating expenses to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities. Help improve financial processes, tools, and reporting systems as the organization scales. Use NetSuite and business intelligence tools (such as Omni BI) to extract, reconcile, and verify financial data. Collaborate closely with Sales, Accounting, Operations, and other teams to ensure alignment on financial data and business drivers. Communicate financial insights clearly to both finance leadership and non-finance stakeholders, translating data into actionable stories. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or a similar finance role, ideally within the retail or e-commerce industry. Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce business models (Amazon experience preferred). Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with high proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Experience with NetSuite ERP and business intelligence/reporting tools (Omni BI or similar preferred). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance team members. Able to work effectively in a fully remote setting, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proactive, collaborative, and curious-enjoys digging into numbers and improving processes.
