The Creative Design Manager - Print & Digital works closely with the production team, designers, and artists to deliver visually attractive and creative design of instructional materials at all the stages of development, from conceptualization through design completion. Description Lead and manage the creative design team for print and digital projects. Develop innovative design concepts that align with client objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integration across various platforms. Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality and brand consistency. Mentor junior designers to enhance their skills and contribute to team growth. Job Requirements A degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or Multimedia Design At least 10 years of combined production experience in print and digital formats At least 5 years supervisory or management experience Proficient in the creation of InDesign templates and cover designs Working knowledge of 4-color printing and preparation of print-ready files, including PDFs Proficient in Adobe InDesign CS programs (CS5 and CS6), as well as a thorough working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator , and Acrobat Experience and/or knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javacript , preferred Has the initiative and aptitude to quickly learn new software applications Can lead assigned projects, creative and can independently produce original artwork Knowledge of metadata and best practices for file /server organization Capable of managing the teams workload, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects Above-average organization and communication skills and keen attention to details
