- Acts as coordination point for partner-aligned engagement and marketing activities
- Centralizes partner-facing campaign support and works to streamline engagement across partners
- Operates as a shared service function for other marketers—supporting scale, consistency, and speed
- Manage feedback loops to ensure SAVii stays relevant and impactful to HR and partner companies
- Plan, schedule and create seasonal or thematic campaigns to keep the service top-of-mind for both partners and employees (e.g. Benefits Week, content refresh via digital or print)

- Build and update reusable engagement assets (posters, email templates, intranet banners, FAQ kits)
- Provide ad-hoc marketing support to both HR and CST driven initiatives
- As a shared service center, work with different internal teams to provide client & engagement support.
- Act as the marketing liaison for Client Success — ensure they’re equipped with timely, brand-aligned assets
- New material requests from HR, both standard and non-standard
- Communication needs due to new features, product, employee escalations or partner concerns
- Employee escalation on Interest Rates
- Launch of new 2-month SA
- Partner with Communications to align messaging and brand consistency, while working with Content and Creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging materials.
- FAQs, product updates
- Contribute to client lifecycle planning and insights through marketing activity tracking and feedback
- Work with Communications team on QBRs or Newsletters
- Work with CST on sponsorship requests and HR-initiated activities
- 4–6 years of experience working in a B2B or B2B2C environment, where client relationships are core
- Experience supporting partner e.g. HR and employee engagement team
- Experience in developing internal communication for partners
- Experience in a retention-focused marketing environment
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach – shifting between high-level planning & campaign execution
- Proven ability on executing campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to simplify value messaging for non-technical audiences
- Deep empathy for both partner stakeholders (client) and employees (end-users), with an ability to tailor content to various internal audiences (e.g. client leadership, partner HR, partner employees)
- Experience working cross-functionally with various different teams or departments
- Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, content updates, and requests simultaneously
