Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our Customer Success team on a 6–12 month contract. In this role, you will provide best practice consultative support to clients, helping them understand, extract, and effectively use LSEG and third-party data. You will deliver training, conduct client meetings, troubleshoot complex issues, articulation of financial content and product capabilities, and coding assistance for the customer's workflow integration or financial research project.Key Responsibilities:Independently resolve client inquiries, leveraging best practices and established precedents.Deliver specialized support to analysts, researchers, data scientists, and developers at corporate and institutional accounts.Provide second-level support, including advanced troubleshooting, research, and scripting assistance.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product managers, developers, content teams) and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.Develop a strong understanding of LSEG products and how they align with client needs.Capture and relay customer feedback to improve products, services, and internal processes.Contribute to product release ollouts, upgrades, and ongoing client engagement initiatives.Participate in or lead components of broader projects and maintain accountability for recurring activities.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.Prior experience in the financial industry or as a former customer of LSEG products is highly desirable.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
