- Offer and sell IMVI Solutions Products and Services to existing and potential partners.
- Manage and attain the quota given by the Sales Manager/ Management
- Analyzes customer's needs and recommends requirements that best meet customer's requirements
- Attend product trainings and sales events
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and /or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports and documentation on account status. Attend internal and external trainings and related company events
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory (implementation and other related to serving customer satisfaction)
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed(demo unit, Payment terms)ARs to be within the stipulated period of collection. Zero overdue.
- Conduct Customer visits, presentation, call and other modes of communication for account coverage
- Documentation and submission of paper works to immediate superior and /or Company Officers.
- Understanding of day to day operations in a transactional environment similar to the IT distribution channel
- Excellent Teamwork skills, Creative, proactive, resourceful, self-motivated and Customer Oriented
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Can do Product Presentation (Solution's Product)
