Overview:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with influencer outreach, media coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring smooth coordination between clients, influencers, and media outlets.Key Responsibilities:Influencer Outreach & Coordination: Contact influencers to set up sponsorships and product placements (templates provided). Coordinate between clients and influencers to arrange product deliveries, promotions, and campaigns.Media Briefs & Communication: Send prepared briefs to media outlets for clients seeking product coverage and manage follow-ups to ensure timely placements.Administrative Support: Maintain CRM systems and tracking sheets, keeping all records updated and accurate.RequirementsQualifications:Strong organizational and communication skills.Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, or in influencer outreach, PR, or digital marketing (preferred but not required).Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive mindset.BenefitsBenefitsWhy join us?
