Join an iconic global brand and become the backbone of our office and retail team!As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide direct support to the General Manager of the Philippines and Guam and help ensure the smooth operation of both the office and retail environments.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Office Team
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and disseminate to relevant teams
  • Manage and maintain calendars proactively
  • Book and prepare international and domestic travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.)
  • Create and consolidate detailed Excel and PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist in planning logistics for conferences and meetings (site selection, contracts, F&B coordination)
  • Support with materials preparation and office maintenance
  • Handle admin-related and ad hoc tasks
  • Prepare accurate expense reports via Concur
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by management
