About the Role: We&aposre hiring a Commission Analyst to manage the end-to-end process of sales reconciliation, carrier coordination, and commission validation. You&aposll ensure every sale is properly tracked, reported, and paid, supporting the integrity of both our internal data and partner relationships. This role requires precision, persistence, and strong communication across departments and external telecom carriers (like AT&T). It&aposs an early shift role - 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a hybrid schedule of 1 day onsite and 4 days virtual after full onsite training. What You&aposll Do: Reconcile Sales and Projects Match all sales opportunities to related projects and ensure alignment with carrier commission statements. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or missing sales from carriers. Carrier Management Submit commission inquiries to carriers on behalf of the Orkestra sales team. Request manual bookings and detailed activation reports (wireline and wireless). Track and follow up on unresolved or delayed submissions. Sales Support and Monitoring Monitor active sales accounts through their 180-day churn window and communicate updates. Keep internal sellers and external partners informed with accurate, timely reports. Reporting and Finance Coordination Distribute regular commission and sales performance reports to all stakeholders. Work closely with finance to confirm and approve all commission payouts. Manage and optimize the RPM commission SaaS platform. What You Bring: Proven experience in commission analysis, sales operations, or telecom reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) is required. Strong attention to detail with excellent reconciliation and tracking skills. Comfortable navigating data across multiple systems (CRMs, commission platforms, Excel/Sheets). Clear and consistent communicator internally and with carrier partners. Comfortable working independently during early hours. Nice to Haves: Familiarity with RPM or other commission SaaS platforms. Experience working with carriers like AT&T or in telecom environments. Background in finance, revenue operations, or partner management. Experience with order management. Show more Show less
