Develop and design drainage systems, stormwater networks, flood control structures, and erosion/sedimentation control measures.Perform advanced hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using tools such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, StormCAD, Civil 3D, SWMM, or equivalent.Prepare engineering plans, profiles, cross-sections, detail sheets, and technical specifications.Conduct site assessments, field inspections, and data collection to support design development.Prepare hydrology/hydraulics reports, drainage impact studies, technical memos, and design documentation for permitting and approvals.Assist in responding to regulatory agencies, clients, and internal reviewers.Maintain organized and complete project records.Ensure all designs and outputs adhere to local, national, and international standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Review and validate calculations, drawings, and reports prepared by junior engineers and CAD technicians.Identify design risks and propose mitigation strategies or alternative solutions.At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
