Description LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS AND PHILIPPINE-BASED CANDIDATES Position: Real Estate Underwriter Salary Range: $900-1,500/month Working Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm or 10-6 EST Key Duties and Responsibilities Evaluate mortgage applications and related documents to assess borrower eligibility and creditworthiness. Analyze financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and other relevant documents to determine asset and liability status. Assess property values and perform thorough inspections and appraisals. Collaborate with loan officers, appraisers, and borrowers to gather and verify information required for underwriting. Utilize underwriting software and systems to accurately evaluate applications and generate appropriate recommendations. Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices. Provide clear and concise explanations and justifications for underwriting decisions to stakeholders, including loan officers and borrowers. Requirements Fluent English Self-starter = does not need supervision always Will need to be able to comfortably make phone calls to clients or banks Outlook, CRM system 1-3 years of experience Preferred - 3-5+ years of experiences (rate will increase, if client not satisfied with 1-3 YOE quality, then he'll advise if YOE will change)
