Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Unit Head Associate located in Quezon City, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Unit Head Associate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business unit, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing and mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. The role requires collaboration with various departments, analyzing business performance, preparing reports, and presenting findings to senior management.
