- Maintain a simple weekly content calendar and track basic post performance.
- Offer creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and community engagement.
- Research potential partnerships, clients, affiliates, or collaborations.
- Support light outreach (templated emails/DMs) to drive awareness and revenue.
- Review resumes/applications and perform quick initial vetting.
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate trackers.
- Assist with chef onboarding checklists and documentation.
- Support daily operations and the owner's calendar/inbox as needed.
- Create company email accounts for new workers and set up calendars/permissions.
- Maintain task lists, SOPs, and simple project trackers; ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Be very tech-savvy-quickly learn new tools and troubleshoot minor issues.
- 1-3+ years in a VA/admin, social media, or operations support role (health/wellness or food space is a plus).
- Strong written English; confident, professional communication.
- Comfortable with: Google Workspace, calendar/inbox management, basic spreadsheets, and file organization.
- Familiarity with social tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Later/Planner) and basic Canva skills.
- Bonus: experience with light recruiting, ATS/spreadsheets for candidate tracking, and simple analytics.
- Experience in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), Canva, project/task trackers (e.g., ClickUp/Asana/Trello), ATS and social scheduling tools.
- Weekly content calendar delivered on time with 100% scheduled posts.
- Candidate screening SLAs met (e.g., 24-hour resume triage, organized tracker).
- Inbox/calendar requests acknowledged within agreed timeframes.
- High accuracy on admin tasks (minimal rework/edits).
