We are looking for A Regional Coordinator (FTTx and CSP) Regional Coordinator for FTTx Job Description: (Actual Duties and Responsibilities) Responsible for organizing and completing the preliminary preparations for network Operation, ensuring a secure and smooth transition of the network from the Transition phase to the Operation phase. Organize the network acceptance plan (including business and technical plans) and implement it to ensure the successful acceptance of the network and its stable operation post-acceptance. Responsible for enhancing the quality of the operation and maintenance (O&M) part of the contract. Communicate with the client to clarify the delivery interface, scope, and requirements of the O&M part in the contract. Improve key and risk clauses, formulate measures, and implement action plans. Responsible for subcontract management-related tasks, including participating in the formulation and execution of project delivery subcontract cooperation strategies, negotiating subcontract contracts, rolling forecasts of subcontract resources, and managing subcontractors. Responsible for organizing the full lifecycle management of knowledge, including but not limited to knowledge transfer among personnel, and the cultivation and development of maintenance team skills.
