Job Description Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on status to all stakeholders. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed. Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external parties. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field [Nice to have] PMP Certification, Six Sigma At least 2 years managing complex projects from initiation to closure. Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
