Keep these talent pools populated with “ready to go” candidates by updating regularly and maintaining fortnightly contact.○ Carry out candidate interviews for registration and for specific vacancies, both face to face and by telephone or Teams○ Identify candidate skills and assess their peaceability against actual vacancies and client specific general requirements○ Build candidate database information and update records Clients○ Develop in-depth knowledge of key client companies and their regular recruitment requirements, including expectations re candidate calibre, with a view to establishing and maintaining a talent pool specific to them○ Become familiar with all client-specific candidate submittal procedures, including portals○ Liaise generally with clients on behalf of Consultants● Clients○ Direct contact with clients where required by phone and email○ Direct sales to potential clients● Other○ Help to build the client database by establishing new client contacts from any available sources○ Identify potential leads for Consultants to follow up (e.g Ads to chase)○ Development into Sales generation and customer facing Recruitment Consultant role.Requirements● Good educational background with good mastery of written and spoken English Language● 1-3 years work experience within recruitment or sales environment● Computer literate in Word and Excel● Excellent communication skills including ability to modify communication style to suit situations● Excellent influencing skills● Able to meet and interact positively and confidently with new and varied people● Able to listen actively, ask questions, clarify points to check understanding● Able to work to deadlines● Prioritises objectives to make best use of time and resources● Able to work on own initiative● Team worker who is able to build relationships with
