With a legacy of excellence in traditional retail, they are now expanding their reach across Canada and the United States through a direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce model. They are seeking a strategic partner to build and lead their digital marketing efforts from the ground up.The OpportunityWe are looking for a dynamic, full-stack Digital Marketing Manager to be a true strategic partner to the CEO. This is not just an execution role; you will be the architect of our client's digital growth engine. You will have the autonomy to develop and own the entire marketing calendar, from PPC and email marketing to design and analytics.The ideal candidate is a proactive, intelligent, and independent marketer with a proven background in D2C e-commerce. We are looking for a high-quality professional and are flexible on budget for the right person who can drive significant results.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing strategy focused on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in the D2C segment.PPC & Media Buying: Own and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media) to drive qualified traffic and ROI.Email Marketing: Manage the end-to-end email marketing strategy using Klaviyo, including building campaigns, creating automated flows, and segmenting lists to nurture leads and retain customers.Content & Design: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing assets, including ad creatives, email templates, and landing page content, using tools like Canva or Photoshop.Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to track performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategy.Collaboration: Work directly with the CEO as a strategic thought partner, refining the overall marketing vision and ensuring all initiatives are aligned with business goals.Required QualificationsExperience: Proven experience as a "full-stack" digital marketer in a D2C e-commerce environment is essential.Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo, PPC/media buying platforms, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.Strategic & Independent: You are a proactive problem-solver who can think strategically, figure things out independently, and take full ownership of the marketing function.Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-changing marketing landscape and understand how to test, learn, and iterate quickly.AI Acumen: You have a strong understanding of how to leverage AI to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity, without over-relying on it.What We OfferA true strategic partnership with the opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up.Full autonomy and ownership of the marketing calendar and strategy.A flexible and competitive compensation package designed to attract top-tier talent.The chance to make a direct and significant impact on a growing brand.
