Chief Operations Officer

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments including finance, HR, marketing, IT, customer service, supply chain, and more, depending on the organization's structure.
• Monitor performance metrics and operational KPIs to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team in long-term planning, strategy development, and decision-making.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase productivity and operational excellence.
• Lead and mentor department heads, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across operational areas.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
• Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and key external meetings as needed.
• Drive a performance culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

• Bachelor's in Business Management or any related course
• At least 12 yrs experience with 6 years in leadership capacity
• Must have had experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Management
• Must be knowledgeable in Strategic Operations Planning, Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
• Must be Tech-Driven, good in Decision-Making
• Must be knowledgeable in Logistics, Warehousing & Compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent management and presentation abilities; goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Physically and emotionally resilient, able to perform effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
