The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Instantly and a strong background in cold email strategy. This role requires someone who can bring fresh ideas on messaging, knows how to test and iterate, and understands how to generate results from outreach campaigns.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute cold email campaigns within Instantly, ensuring deliverability and campaign health.
Develop, test, and iterate on messaging and sequences that resonate with different target audiences.
Build lead lists from client-provided sources (e.g., Apollo, Sales Navigator, Chamber of Commerce) or work directly with provided contacts.
Enrich and verify contacts using platforms like Apollo to maintain high deliverability and reduce bounce/spam rates.
Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize for higher reply and conversion rates.
Act as an appointment setter—ensuring outbound campaigns are consistent and generating responses. Forward warm replies internally for follow-up.
Provide feedback on email infrastructure and scaling opportunities when needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience using Instantly for cold email campaigns.
Prior cold email marketing experience with measurable results.
Strong copywriting and messaging skills—capable of testing and iterating effectively.
Ability to analyze campaign data and adjust strategies for better performance.
Comfortable working independently in a client-provided system/environment.

Preferred:

Experience with lead sourcing and enrichment tools such as Apollo and Sales Navigator.
Familiarity with email verification practices and deliverability best practices.
Understanding of multi-channel outreach strategies.
Background in B2B marketing, sales support, or appointment setting.

Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
