- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency in responses.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Chat support experience is a plus
- SHS Graduates are welcome to apply
- Typing Speed of at least 40 WPM
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Amenable to work on site (Cebu Business Park)
