We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Chat Support specialist to join our team in the Philippines.You will play a critical role in establishing our Pioneering Chat Support Team. This is a startup company; therefore, ideas, challenges, and opportunities are welcome to the leadership team for continued growth and success.What You’ll Do:
  • Ability to convert chats into sales.
  • Protect company's clients', and visitors' information.
  • Providing timely assistance to customers via chat or messaging platforms.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency in responses.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
  • Chat support experience is a plus
  • SHS Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Typing Speed of at least 40 WPM
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Amenable to work on site (Cebu Business Park)
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
